Modushift, operated by Ammar Quadri (“Modushift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and disclosed when you visit modushift.com, submit an audit request, contact us, or schedule a meeting.
Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, website or store URL, information about your email setup or business goals, meeting details, and messages or questions you send us.
Our website and service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, referring website, pages visited, visit dates and duration, and website interactions.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries; deliver requested audits; schedule and conduct meetings; evaluate whether our services are appropriate for your business; operate, secure, and improve the website; understand traffic and performance; prevent misuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations.
Audit request form and hosting
Our audit request form is processed through Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider. Form submissions may include your name, work email, store URL, current email setup, stated goals, and consent confirmation. Netlify may also process technical and security information needed to deliver the form and prevent spam. We use submitted information to review and respond to your request—not to add you to a general marketing list without separate permission.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics may use cookies or related technologies to collect technical and usage information. Analytics is disabled by default through our consent controls and is not activated when you reject analytics cookies.
You can change your selection at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. You can also restrict cookies through your browser settings.
Calendly
When you book a meeting, you are directed to Calendly. Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, scheduling preferences, and technical information under its own privacy notice and terms.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate Modushift, including Netlify, Google Analytics (when consented to), Calendly, Google Workspace, email providers, and technical, security, or professional advisers. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business restructuring or transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or satisfying legal obligations.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a denied privacy request.
To submit a request, email ammar@modushift.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Third-party websites
The website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
